Our authorized agents will restore your windows again, free of charge, if drops of water appear between the panes after the maximum curing period of six (6) weeks.

It should be noted that when it is cold outside, this curing period may take up to ten (10) weeks.

T.S.B. will refund an amount equivalent to 80% of the value of the restoration for a restored window if we are unable to eliminate the moisture between the two (2) panes, provided your caulking or seal is not defective.

If glass is broken while an authorized agent is working on your window, we undertake to replace the glass by deducting the restoration amount for the same window.

We will make a shock treatment if drops remain apparent between the two panes of a restored window for a period of twenty (20) years.
